At 150,000 square feet, this design/assist project is valued at $6.3 M and highlights NEI’s proven experience with clean rooms, lab standards, high-end office spaces, and large-scale operational needs.
Project Highlight:
Functional and code-compliant cleanrooms require extensive teamwork between electrical, mechanical, and general contracting teams to ensure each division can effectively install their equipment while meeting the required specifications. Specialized materials are required, making usually effortless electrical installations more complex.
Overall, this project stands as additional proof of NEI's capabilities and proven experience with complex, large-scale builds.
